Prior to Computer Generated Solutions, Justin Ehrlich worked for Velocity Staffing, New York, for five years. As a sales manager, Justin Ehrlich served as part of a four-member executive team that founded the staffing firm and placed up to 250 professionals monthly. He hired, trained and managed sales and recruiting professionals.

Justin Ehrlich’s accomplishments with Velocity include playing a key role in start-up requirements for the new business and contributing to a sales effort that generated $36 million in revenues within the first year. He obtained preferred vendor status with Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Colgate Palmolive, Merrill Lynch, Sotheby’s and AT&T. Justin Ehrlich delivered $200,000 in new business sales each month and exceeded projected sales quotas by as much as 200%.

Justin Ehrlich served with Sands Brothers and Co., New York, as an account executive. During his two years with this firm, he managed a sales staff of eight and provided oversaw stock brokerage services and offerings. While with Sands, Justin Ehrlich generated $100K in daily commissions and achieved 300% of projected quota. He was recognized as one of the top two producers from a field of 160 team members, thanks to his dogged pursuit of new business. Justin Ehrlich delivered 80 new accounts within first two months in assignment, and maintained a 97% customer retention rate.

From 1996 to 1998, Justin Ehrlich worked for Frontier Communications, New York, as an account executive. Justin Ehrlich’s responsibilities included marketing local and long-distance services to businesses within his territory, managing a staff of eight and leading the team in new account generation through cold calling, networking and face-to-face presentations. During this time, Justin Ehrlich was recognized as the company’s top producer, averaging 210% of monthly quota and reached as high as 600%.

Justin Ehrlich is happily married and enjoys spending time with his family. He is very active and enjoys hiking, biking, skiing. Justin spends time with his niece and young cousins teaching them a variety of things including how to swim as well as the piano. He is also very close to his paternal Grandmother and keeps her refrigerator well stocked as well as helping her with any household help she may need.
